The Redevelopment Commission approved Resolution 2026-2 (pass-through resolution) on a 5-0 vote. Attorney Steuerwald presented the resolution and Project Manager Chelsey Manns provided budget worksheets; Manns confirmed that a $2,500,000 expense is tied to the Henderson Ford area project and is intended to support the MSD of Martinsville new elementary school.
