Commissioners Timothy D. Collins and Bobby Hall both said an engineer needs to be hired to oversee road projects after reviewing the Coronado Road repair. The minutes record that Commissioner Collins and Commissioner Hall raised the need for engineering oversight and that Chairman Wayne Grable suggested hiring a county engineer to oversee the entire road department and run it as a single county unit.
