Council discontinues demolition program, leaves empty-lot building code unchanged
The Titonka City Council voted 4-0 to discontinue the demolition program and separately decided to leave the code as written regarding buildings on empty lots. Both actions were approved Feb. 10, 2022.

The Titonka City Council voted to discontinue the city's demolition program during the Feb. 10 meeting. The motion to discontinue the program was made by Jeff Watkins and seconded by Katie Prothman; the vote was 4-0 in favor.
