The Village of Valier Board on Sept. 22 passed Ordinance 25‑466 to adopt and implement a revised Code of Ordinances for the village, superseding earlier code books. Village President George Dudzinski presented the ordinance and Trustee Jeff Spiller moved to adopt it; the motion passed with unanimous approval from trustees present.
