The Virgil Village Board voted to authorize payment for a ComEd contract so utility installation work can begin on Aug. 28. President Jamie LeBlanc requested board approval to "cut a check so installation can be started on August 28th," and trustees approved the action 5-0-1 (Trustee Roger Markham absent).
