Council voted unanimously to accept proposed modifications to the Collin County Animal Services contract. Council Member Mike Laye moved for acceptance and Council Member Derrick Little seconded the motion.

The Nevada City Council accepted proposed amendments to its interlocal arrangements with Collin County Animal Services at the Dec. 2 meeting. "Council Member Mike Laye made a motion that we accept the proposed modifications from the animal services," the minutes state; Council Member Derrick Little seconded and the motion "carried unanimously."
