Returning from executive session, the Town Council approved an ordinance declaring an area that has received longstanding treatment to be within the town’s corporate limits. Mr. Trevino moved for approval, Mr. Graham seconded, and the motion carried. The council directed staff to publish the ordinance and provide an ordinance number for the record.
