The Monroe Plan Commission voted unanimously to recommend that the Common Council approve a certified survey map (CSM) to divide a duplex at 2715 and 2717 6th Avenue into two twin-house parcels, provided two conditions are met. Commissioner Ron Spielman moved the recommendation with stipulations; Commissioner Dave Wharton Wyler seconded, and the motion passed on a roll-call vote.
