A Mitchell Hollow Road noise complaint was raised during the Sept. 26 Town of Windham meeting by resident Ray Gregorczyk. Supervisor Thomas F. Hoyt told Mr. Gregorczyk that the town's Code Enforcement Officer will handle the complaint and report findings back to the Town Board, and that neighbors' letters of complaint will be given to the Code Enforcement Officer.
