Board hears CWT update and WWTP septic-study grant submission to CWC
Councilman Stephen Walker reported on CWT discussions about zones and flood-level properties; Supervisor Hoyt said Delaware Engineering and WWTP Operations Manager Josh Vital submitted a WWTP septic-program study to CWC for grant consideration, and the town attorney will provide monthly escrow reports on project accounts.

At the Dec. 26 meeting Councilman Stephen Walker updated the board on a recent CWT meeting, saying Zones 3 and 4 may no longer include land purchases and that CWC funding will be available to towns for projects. Walker said six properties were identified at flood level, some located in Greene County, and that stream stewardship and debris maintenance remain topics for ongoing discussion. The minutes mention a new commissioner, Ms. Shilo Williams.
