The Borough of Modena council adopted Ordinance #1-2026, which amends §1604.B(3) to permit additional time for reconstruction of nonconforming structures that are grant-funded. Council member Jennifer Taylor moved for adoption; VP Sherman seconded and the ordinance was adopted with all in favor.
