Council members raised concerns about a yellow casing visible under the Union Street bridge and asked President Hines to investigate whether the casing will be removed or remain. Council member Jennifer Taylor told the council she had advised PECO about a Duck Derby community event on Union Street and reported that, according to PECO, 'paving will be done by May 30.'
