The Borough of Modena Council on March 17, 2026 unanimously authorized issuing a request for proposals for demolition work related to the PEMA/FEMA Meredith Court mitigation project. Council member Ed Hines moved for authorization and Michael Gallagher seconded; the motion passed without opposition.
