The Badger Public School District Board adopted a resolution authorizing entry into a Joint Powers Agreement in the form of a declaration of trust establishing the "MN Trust" and authorized participation therein. The motion was made by Member Jared VonEnde and seconded by Member Brent Olson; roll call reflected five yes votes with Member Jeramy Swenson absent.
