The Board unanimously appointed Ben Johnson of Johnson Appraisals to prepare required appraisals under NRS 393.240 for two district properties (1638 Mono Avenue, Minden and Parcel 132032-110-005). Trustee Jackson made the motion and trustees voted 6-0.

The Board appointed Ben Johnson of Johnson Appraisals to perform statutorily required appraisals of two district properties: 1638 Mono Avenue, Minden, NV 89423, and Parcel 132032-110-005. The appointment was made under NRS 393.240; a second appraiser will be appointed by the Superintendent of Public Instruction as required by statute.
