Pendleton County Commissioners on Aug. 18 approved a draw of $289,400.07 to pay contractors on the courthouse annex project. County Administrator Karen Pitsenbarger presented invoices showing Lantz Construction billed $285,448.51 and Omni Associates billed $3,951.56.
