Staff: Edgewater will rewrite sign code and adopt ADU rules after state mandate
City staff told the board they are updating the sign code to be content‑neutral following a Supreme Court decision and are drafting regulations to implement state mandates on accessory dwelling units; those items will return to the board in coming months.
