Damon ISD terminates Region 20 services, approves Region 4 for TSDS/PEIMS support
Trustees voted to end a partnership with ESC Region 20 for TSDS, PEIMS and student support and to contract with ESC Region 4 for those services. The board approved Region 4’s support package, including ASCENDER hosting and PEIMS coordination.

At its Nov. 13 meeting, the Damon ISD Board voted to terminate its TSDS, PEIMS and student support partnership with Education Service Center (ESC) Region 20 and to approve a contract with ESC Region 4 to provide those services. Vice President Ami George moved to terminate the Region 20 agreement; Trustee Jason Soileau seconded the motion, which passed 5–0. Later in the same meeting, trustees approved a contract with Region 4 for TSDS, PEIMS and student support services (motion by Jason Soileau; second by Ami George), also by unanimous vote.
