The Dickinson ISD Board of Trustees voted to adopt a resolution "to Declare a Program Change and Affected Employment Areas" during its Jan. 13 meeting. The motion was moved by Trustee Rodriguez and seconded by Trustee Veasey; minutes record the vote as 7–0.
