After the Region 20 training concluded, Vice President Henry Moreno moved to adjourn the Sept. 8, 2025 meeting; Secretary Keri James seconded the motion. The minutes record the motion as 'Passed Yea: 7, Nay: 0' and list Brown, Esparza, Moreno, Davis, James, Buvinghausen and Pepper as voting in favor.
