The Devine ISD Board of Trustees approved a set of Board Operating Procedures at the Sept. 15 regular meeting. Trustee Carl Brown moved to approve the procedures; Trustee Keri James seconded the motion and the board voted 6-0 in favor. No amendments or extended discussion were recorded in the public minutes.
