At the Sept. 15 meeting the Devine ISD board adopted a resolution regarding the district's compliance with Texas Education Code §37.0814. Trustee Henry Moreno moved to adopt the resolution and Trustee Alixana Buvinghausen seconded; the board recorded a 6-0 vote in favor.
