The Decatur ISD Board of Trustees approved and accepted the terms of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Midwestern State University by unanimous vote (5-0). The motion was made by Trustee Nate Bayless and seconded by Trustee Sandra Schneider.

The Decatur ISD Board of Trustees voted to approve a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the district and Midwestern State University. Trustee Nate Bayless moved to accept the MOU terms and Trustee Sandra Schneider seconded; the motion passed 5-0.
