The Greene County Board of Commissioners voted Aug. 19 to place on the agenda a HOME Program application to the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development seeking $600,000 for existing owner-occupied housing rehabilitation. The board also authorized Chairman Jared Edgreen to sign associated documents, including the resolution to apply, FFATA, worker protection and certification forms, the HOME Program compliance checklist, lobbying certification, assurances, citizen participation report and an updated management plan. The motion to place the application on the agenda was moved by Commissioner McClure and seconded by Commissioner Blair Zimmerman and recorded as "All in Favor."
