During the Aug. 12 meeting, the board voted unanimously to approve granting Superintendent Joe Geletka the authority to obligate Doss Consolidated CSD under State Chapter 49 requirements. Trustee Kimberly Swanner moved for approval; Vice‑President Travis Dollar seconded. The motion passed 5‑0.
