After a closed-session discussion, the Devine ISD Board approved a new contract for Superintendent Dr. Todd Grandjean covering July 1, 2026–June 30, 2029. The motion passed 6-0 with Trustee Chris Davis absent.

Carl Brown moved, seconded by Keri James, to "approve the Superintendent's new contract for a term beginning July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2029," and the board approved the motion 6-0.
