The TRC considered a continuation of an application by David Foster on behalf of Brian Mulaney seeking a dimensional variance of approximately 15.8 feet from the front-yard setback to build a closed front porch at 15 Meter Pond Road in the RS 12 zoning district. The Chair introduced the item as a continuation from the June 11 meeting and staff reviewed the revised materials.
