The Lincoln Town Council voted to return to executive session at a special meeting called to order at 6:37 p.m. The Chair asked for a motion "to return it to executive session pursuant to Rhode Island General Law 42 46 5 8 2," a council member moved and a councilor seconded, and the council approved the motion by roll-call vote.
