The board voted to approve a School Resource Officer agreement with the Ashland County Sheriff's Office for the 2026–2027 school year at a cost of $82,868.87. The minutes state the agreement will be funded using Title IV-A and Student Wellness and Success funds. The motion carried with the four members present voting yes; one member was excused.
