Mapleton Local board approves FY27 estimates, fund transfers and multiple contracts
At its July 9, 2026 meeting the Mapleton Local School District Board approved the FY27 Certificate of Estimated Resources, temporary transfers to prevent a negative FY26 balance, accepted the June financial report, and approved a slate of contracts and purchases including curriculum, facility work and vendor services.

The Mapleton Local School District Board of Education voted July 9 to approve the Certificate of Estimated Resources for fiscal year 2027 and a set of temporary transfers and advances between funds to avoid a negative ending balance for FY26 and to restore funds in FY27. The motion to accept the June 2026 Financial Report and the estimated-resources certificate passed with recorded votes of Kathy Goon, Vince Hartzler, Kyle Gordon and Fred Hartzler; Travis Kettering was excused.
