Students from Thompson Elementary’s Lighthouse Leaders presented the board with an overview of the school’s "Lead, Learn, and Serve" initiative, detailing student roles such as Announcement Leaders, Hallway and Bathroom Monitors, Page Turners, the Kindness Committee, Field Day Leaders and Tour Guides. The presentation emphasized experiential leadership opportunities for fourth‑ and fifth‑grade students.
