The board recalled Ordinance 26-O-05 from the table and approved it, authorizing an intergovernmental agreement between the Village of Summit and the Summit Park District for a fireworks display. Trustee Parker moved the recall; Trustee Ponce seconded the recall, which passed unanimously. Trustee Parker then moved approval of Ordinance 26-O-05 and Trustee Dardovski seconded; roll call was 5-0 in favor.
