Management Analyst Brady Fischer told the board that the Gilberts Elementary PTO submitted a special event application and certificate of insurance for a 5K in Town Center on April 19, 2026, beginning at 8:00 a.m., with estimated attendance of about 250 people. "They would like to have access across Tyrrell Road," Fischer said, and staff noted the application and COI had been provided.
