The Village of Summit Board of Trustees on April 6 approved Resolution 26-R-06 to purchase bulk rock salt under the State of Illinois Joint Purchasing 2026–2027 Bulk Rock Salt Contract. Trustee Parker made the motion and Trustee Dardovski seconded; the board recorded six yes votes and the motion carried.
