The Kingfisher County BOCC voted to approve a Service Agreement between the county and the U.S. Department of Agriculture Animal & Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Wildlife Services. Commissioner Anthony Schwarz moved and Commissioner Mike Sparks seconded the motion; the vote was Moss—Yes, Sparks—Yes, Schwarz—Yes.
