The Burlington County Planning Board on June 9 recorded that the Land Development Review Committee had listed B26-17-010 Lumberton Village/Reserve (subdivision) on its May 12 agenda with a conditional approval. "Secretary Sabath made a motion to accept the agenda for the Land Development Review Committee Meeting of May 12, 2026, including the below-listed subdivisions and site plans," the minutes state; Deputy Chairman Michael Trainor seconded the motion and "it was carried by all."
