Council authorizes several contracts, approves Master Plan consultant Ayres
The council approved an MOU with the Powell Economic Partnership, multiple service contracts (including a playground installation), a Fuelmaster contract contingent on legal review, and selected Ayres for the city Master Plan with a projected July start and a 10-month timeline.
