After reconvening from an executive session, the board voted unanimously to adopt a retiree policy permitting the continuance of insurance for eligible retirees. Commissioner Kurt Ifland moved to approve the policy and Commissioner Brady Peterson seconded the motion; the minutes record the action as carried unanimously.
