Kurt Meisner presented two conceptual layouts for a Rural District parcel at 166 Londonderry Road. One layout proposes five housing units targeted to older persons arranged in a cluster with a 24‑foot private road ending in a cul‑de‑sac (about 378± feet in length), a walking trail around the property perimeter and shared gathering space. The alternative is a conventional five‑lot subdivision with a longer new roadway (about 1,260± feet). The existing single‑family house would remain in either scenario.
