Jake Mericle, Senior Planning Aide, presented the Garry Gilbert subdivision (Block 422, Lots 2.02 and 2.03) for Lower Township, a proposal to create a net six new lots for seven single‑family homes and one duplex, with new stormwater facilities and a new road.
