Planning Director Terri Kester presented several Planning Commission‑recommended items and the board approved each. The commission allowed AT&T and Verizon to modify antennas on the tower located on Parcel 000755 (SD Department of Game, Fish & Parks), approved a second approach on Parcel 015778 to improve truck entry and exit for Black Hills Electric Cooperative, granted a 10‑foot setback variance requested by Lucas Kretschmar to replace and enlarge a storage building on Parcel 004349, and approved final plats for Randall Tract and Piggott Tract (Parcel 006092) and Streeter Ranch Tract North and South (Parcels 007047 & 007073).
