Following an executive session under SDCL 28-13.42 for indigent matters the commission returned to open session and took a recorded vote to deny an indigent assistance request, finding the request did not qualify under the county standard. The motion to deny the request was made by Commissioner Michael Busskohl, seconded by Commissioner Mike Linde, and carried with all commissioners voting in favor.
