The chair reviewed the attached schedule and proposed changing daytime meetings on odd months from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m., while keeping even-month evening meetings at 6:00 p.m. "But we have a proposal to change the daytime meeting to 9AM in the morning," the chair said when introducing the item, and later asked for a motion "to adopt the schedule as presented with the 9AM, morning meetings and the 6PM evening meetings on the 2nd Wednesday of the month."
