The Charlotte County organization moved to adopt Robert's Rules of Order for small business as its parliamentary authority for the year and to reconfirm its remote participation policy. "Now every year, we have to adopt Robert's rules of order for small business," the chair said when introducing the item; motions to adopt and reconfirm were each seconded and approved by voice vote.
