Crossroads CSB presents emergency-services metrics; same-day access expanding
Crossroads Community Service Board officials told the Charlotte County Board they are improving prescreen quality, training and same-day access metrics; director Kyle Vont said nearly 500 people were served in the July 2024–June 2025 year and that "95% of the time, we met the 10 day goal."
