Planning staff (Miss Elder) presented the Wilkerson conditional‑use permit application for C's Auto Sales: parcel 8543 (1574 Barnesville Highway, Red Oak), a 1.5‑acre lot with an existing pre‑zoning building to be repurposed as an office and a by‑right repair shop behind it. Staff noted the front setback is nonconforming (building at 55 feet vs. required 125 feet) and that the Planning Commission held a public hearing on Aug. 21 and recommended approval 10–0 with five standard conditions tied to compliance and revocation if requirements are not met.
