GeoBitmine project progression stalled by lien, incomplete permit items

GeoBitmine representatives told the Board on Nov. 12 that investor interest exists but a contractor-related lien is preventing final clearance for their site. Alicia Atkinson reported payments from GeoBitmine were applied to the wrong account and that Crescent Supply Services will not release a mechanics lien until Precision Electrical pays roughly $316,000. GeoBitmine said it is working daily with both companies to cure the issue and aims to have the matter resolved before the Nov. 30 lien-extension deadline.
