Staff says runway electrical work finished; FAA-owned PAPIs required test flight for calibration
Staff praised contractor performance on the runway electrical project, reported most critical runway lighting is operational, said FAA-managed north PAPIs were restored and that south PAPIs still require installation and flight calibration.

He told the board crews worked seven days a week and often late into the night to finish critical runway electrical components, and that follow-up outside-the-runway work remains.
