Mayor Freddie Newsome, Jr. presented Resolution #334 to the council to designate a representative and alternate to the Houston-Galveston Area Council (H-GAC) 2026 General Assembly. Following discussion, on a motion from Edward Taylor, seconded by James Todd, the council selected Edward Taylor as the representative and Gary Mosier as the alternate.
