The Gregory City Council approved SPN Engineering Amendment Number 2 for $186,000 on Aug. 17 after SPN engineer Camden Hofer detailed unplanned freshwater work and greater gravel replacement needs in the Pleasant View area. The motion, made by Councilmember Renee Thomas and seconded by Jessica Grage‑Schmidt, passed 4–1; Kristi Drey voted No.
